Why
Nisargasiddha
About
The word Nisargasiddha has roots in Sanskrit with Nisarga meaning “in Nature” and Siddha meaning “An ascetic who has achieved enlightenment”. As the name suggests we have closely worked with nature in our extensive farm to bring quality products with the ancient wisdom of natural farming. “We are what we eat” and hence we look at farming from this holistic angle. The team that works on the farm have a long tradition of being in agriculture. Farming is not their profession, it’s part of their life. We operate in multiple farms in Kerala and Karnataka with Waynad as the major Operation Centre. We also want to customize to the customer requirements thereby serve their exact requirements in the long run.

How we manage our farm and produce
Our farm and produce we obtain are cultivated using the natural farming methods with ancient wisdom brought down from generations of traditional farming community. We also bring in the latest technology that could enable better quality produce to the consumer.
We follow the best practices in selection of seed, maintaining soil and protect our produce from pests. We also use Zero Budget Natural Farming methods wherein Jeevamrutha and Acchadana(mulching) are practiced to ensure that soil nutrients are protected and plant growth is nurtured.
We also ensure water resources are conserved by effectively channelizing the natural flow of water in various seasons and implementing water harvesting techniques.
